Service design is about designing for the biggest picture. Increasing the quality of an organisation’s total service offer, including people, infrastructure, communication and products.
At Humblebee our service designers do this with different tools and research methods which help identify problems, solutions and give an overview of the interactions between the organisation and the customer.
Our Service Designers will work as part of multi-disciplinary teams along with other people such as product designers, engineers, user experience designers or whichever skills the project requires.
